Services Description
Everything AI, LLC provides AI visibility optimization, autonomous content production, marketing automation, conversational AI systems, website design, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables for each engagement are defined in a Statement of Work provided after payment.
Payment Terms
All service fees are due as specified at the time of purchase. One-time service fees are due in full before work begins. For custom enterprise engagements, a 50 percent deposit is due upon signing and the remaining 50 percent is due upon final delivery. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all standard service packages. If you complete your onboarding, provide all required brand assets within 7 days of your start date, and are not satisfied with your initial deliverables, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@everythingainow.com. Refunds do not apply to custom enterprise scopes above $5,000, third-party costs incurred on your behalf, or work completed beyond the initial deliverable set defined in your Statement of Work.
AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Everything AI, LLC creates content using artificial intelligence tools including but not limited to large language models, AI image generation systems, AI video production platforms, and AI voice synthesis tools. Content produced for clients may be fully AI-generated, human-edited AI-generated, or a hybrid of AI-assisted and human-created content. The specific content production method for your engagement will be disclosed in your Statement of Work. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing and for ensuring it complies with applicable platform terms and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Results Disclaimer
Everything AI, LLC does not guarantee specific results including but not limited to viral reach, follower growth, revenue increases, AI citation frequency, search rankings, or lead volume. Results depend on many factors outside our control including your industry, offer quality, market conditions, audience engagement, competitive landscape, and algorithm changes on third-party platforms. Case studies and results shown on our website represent specific client experiences and are not typical. Individual results will vary.
Revenue Generation Engine and Third-Party Costs
Custom enterprise engagements under the Revenue Generation Engine service may require the engagement of third-party specialists including but not limited to viral content strategists, platform-specific experts, multilingual content specialists, or distribution partners. Any anticipated third-party costs will be disclosed in advance in your Statement of Work and approved by you before being incurred. Third-party costs are non-refundable once incurred.
Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, frameworks, and deliverables created specifically for your brand under a paid engagement become your property upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and systems including but not limited to the AI Dominance and Trust Mapping Framework remain the intellectual property of Everything AI, LLC. You may not resell our services or deliverables without a signed white label partnership agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, strategies, client data, pricing agreements, and business information shared during the engagement. We do not share your brand information, content strategy, or client data with other clients or third parties without your written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Everything AI, LLC's liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
